Press Release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company ‘BT2i SAS’ of the company ‘Tecnum SARL’

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the ‘summary of the operation’ below, containing the information provided by the parties.

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project consisting of the exclusive takeover by the company ‘BT2i SAS’ of the company ‘Tecnum SARL’ through the acquisition of 99.88% of the share capital and voting rights.

‘BT2i SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, with its registered office at 9 rue Bernard Palissy – 33700 Mérignac (France), registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 518 674 916, engaged in the manufacture of aerostructures and equipment and components for the aircraft cabin.

‘Tecnum SARL’ is a limited liability company under Moroccan law, with its registered office at local F, Zone Industrielle de Bouznika, Bouznika (Morocco), registered with the Benslimane Trade Register under number 823, engaged in the design of components for aerostructures.
