In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 09:30 under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation involving the exclusive control acquisition by CMGP Group of the Compagnie de Produits Chimiques du Maroc (CPCM) through the acquisition of 92.5% of its share capital and the related voting rights.
