NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE TRANSACTION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received a notification of a proposed economic concentration transaction concerning the joint acquisition of control by “Nama Fund I FPCC-RFA” over “Plastics and Plating SARL”, alongside the historical shareholder “Soyapar SA”.

“Nama Fund I FPCC-RFA” is a collective equity investment fund with simplified operating rules, approved by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) under number AG/FPCC/001/2025, and managed by “CDG Invest Management”.

“Plastics and Plating SARL” is a limited liability company incorporated under Moroccan law, registered with the Kenitra Trade Register under number 57993, with its registered office located at Lots 1.1.84, 1.1.85, Atlantic Free Zone, RN4 Amer Selfia, Kenitra. It operates mainly in the surface treatment market, particularly in the chrome plating of plastic parts, notably for the automotive industry.

“Soyapar SA” is a public limited company incorporated under Moroccan law, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 133339, with its registered office located at 10, Rue Abderrahman Al Kawakiby, Anfa, Casablanca, Morocco. Soyapar is a holding company.
