In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the ‘operation summary’ below, containing the information provided by the parties.

‘Molex Electronics Technologies Holdings LLC’ is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its registered office at 2222 Wellington Court, Lisle, IL 60532, United States, registered under registration number 46-4432478. The company is a provider of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity solutions.

‘Smiths Interconnect Group Limited’ is a private limited company incorporated under English and Welsh law, with its registered office at Level 10, 255 Blackfriars Road, London, England, SE1 9AX and registered under number 06641403. The target is a supplier of high-reliability connectivity products and solutions.
