Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 11 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation and inquiry services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

• Direct and indirect acquisition by the company ‘Laprophan S.A’ of joint control of the companies ‘Pian Holding B.V.’, ‘Double-e Pharma Limited’, and ‘Rivopharm Limited’, alongside Mr. Piero Luigi Umberto Poli.
