Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover of the company ‘Groupe ADIT SAS’ by the company ‘Bpifrance Investissement SAS’

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover by ‘Bpifrance Investissement SAS’ (a subsidiary of Bpifrance Participations SA) of the exclusive control of the company ‘Groupe ADIT SAS’ (Groupe ADIT), of which it already holds joint control.

‘Bpifrance Investissement SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 27-31 avenue du Général Leclerc, 94700 Maisons-Alfort Cedex, France, registered under number 433 975 224 with the Trade and Companies Register of Créteil (France) and is active in fund management. Bpifrance Investissement is 100% owned by Bpifrance Participations, which is itself 100% owned by Bpifrance SA.

‘Bpifrance Participations SA’ is a public limited company with its registered office at 27-31 avenue du Général Leclerc, 94710 Maisons-Alfort Cedex, France, registered under number 509 584 074 with the Trade and Companies Register of Créteil (France) and engages in investment fund activities.

‘Groupe ADIT SAS’ is a simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 27 bis quai Anatole France, 75007 Paris, France, registered under number 910 226 018 with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris (France) and is mainly active in the business consulting sector.
