Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz TALBI, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Takeover of exclusive control of the company “Ecole la Prairie SARL” by the company “Holding Générale d’Education SA”;
• Indirect joint control acquisition by the company “Bank of Africa SA” of the company “Maydane REIM SA”, alongside historical shareholders;
• Joint control acquisition of the company “Holding Proteor SAS” by the company “Eurazeo SE”, through the fund “Nov Santé Actions Non Cotées Assureurs – Caisse des Dépôts Relance Durable France”, and the company “Crédit Mutuel Equity SCR”;
• Joint control acquisition by the company ICG PLC, through its subsidiary Strait Investment SARL, of the company Magellan Partners SAS, alongside Gala Investment SAS;
• Indirect joint control acquisition of the company “Irel HoldCo GmbH” by affiliated companies, of the company “Stonepeak Partners LP” alongside the fund “Triton Fund V”;
• Acquisition by the company “CAB II GmbH” of exclusive control of the company “Benteler International AG”.
