In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil BOUKBIR, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:
- The creation of a joint venture named “We Soda Saisa HoldCo S.L” by the companies “Productos GRP, S.L” and “We Soda HoldCo, S.L”;
- The exclusive control acquisition by the company “Midea Group., Co Ltd.” of certain subsidiaries and assets of the company “Carestream Health, INC.”
- The exclusive control acquisition by the Public Investment Fund (pif) of the company “MBC Group Company”.
