NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover of the company ‘Nutriexperts SL’ by the company ‘Laboratorios Urgo SL’ through the acquisition of 80% of its share capital and associated voting rights.
‘Laboratorios Urgo SL’ is a Spanish limited liability company, active in the manufacture and sale of medical devices and everyday health and well-being products.
‘Nutriexperts SL’ is a Spanish limited liability company, active in the sector of predominantly online sales of dietary supplements for consumers.
