Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, June 24 at 08:45, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimae ABBOU, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Acquisition of exclusive control by the company “Dislog Group SA” of the company “Eramedic SA”, through the company “Dislog Dispositifs Médicaux SA”;
• Acquisition of exclusive control by the company “Dislog Group SA” of the company “AFROBIOMEDIC SARLAU”, through the company “Dislog Dispositifs Médicaux SA”;
• Acquisition of exclusive control of the company “NSK Steering & Control Inc.” by the company “NSK Ltd.”;
• Acquisition of exclusive control by the company “TK Co., Ltd.” affiliated with the company “KKR & Co. Inc.” of the company “Topcon Corporation”.
