‘Apex Capital Partners Limited’ is a company established specifically for the proposed operation under the laws of South Africa, with its headquarters located at Commerce Square, 39 Rivonia Road, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa.

‘DRA Global Limited’ is a multidisciplinary international group established under the laws of Australia, with its headquarters located at Level 7, 256 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Australia, active in the fields of engineering, project delivery, and operations management, primarily serving the mining, minerals, and metals sectors.
