Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, April 14, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the permanent commission held a meeting on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 9:30 am under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed REHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on Monday, April 10, 2025.

The permanent commission decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

The acquisition by “Dari Couspate SA” of the tangible assets related to the industrial transformation activity of hard wheat into semolina of the company “Les Grandes Semouleries du Maroc SA”.
