NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “Christiania Holding A/S” of the exclusive control of the company “Navquim Holding BV” and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and related voting rights.
“Christiania Holding A/S” is a Danish limited liability company and a subsidiary of Eitzen Avanti and indirectly of the Eitzen group, which mainly provides certain maritime transport services for chemical and oil products.
“Navquim Holding BV” is a limited liability company in the Netherlands, currently 100% owned by the company “Sogestran Shipping”. It operates globally in the sector of maritime transport services for chemical and oil products, including in Morocco.
