Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024

In accordance with Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 10am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abou abdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the two cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• Indirect exclusive control of ‘KOHLER ENERGY’ entities by Platinum Equity SARL group through the acquisition of 100% of their shares and voting rights.
• Exclusive control of the company ‘Nephrology and Hemodialysis Center Atlas SARL’ by the company ‘Diaverum Holding France SAS’, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and voting rights.
