In accordance with Article 13 of Law 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has been notified of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “FLO RETAIL & SHOES MA SARLAU” and Mr. Boubker JETTOU of joint control of the company “SHOELEVEN COMPANY SARLAU”.

“FLO RETAIL & SHOES MA SARLAU” is a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, with its registered office at 261 RDC Résidence Al Amal Bd Abdelmoumen Casablanca, and registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 385423. This company is a subsidiary 100% owned by the company “FLO MAĞAZACILIK VE PAZARLAMA A.Ş.”, a Turkish company. “FLO RETAIL & SHOES MA SARLAU” is a merchant or intermediary engaged in the import-export of products, particularly leather shoes and sports shoes.

“SHOELEVEN COMPANY SARLAU” is a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, with a share capital of 6,000,000.00 dirhams, headquartered at Lots 47-48 Z.I. Sapino Noauceur Casablanca, and registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 480535. This company specializes in shoe manufacturing.
