Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “ELSAN Maroc SASU” by the company “CIM Holding SA” through the acquisition of 100% of its capital and associated voting rights.

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “summary of the operation” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “ELSAN Maroc SASU” by the company “CIM Holding SA”.

“CIM Holding SA” is a joint-stock company with a share capital of 604,800,000 dirhams, registered in the Marrakech Trade Register under number 105723 and headquartered at Bab Ighli, Route de l’aéroport, Marrakech, Morocco. It is active in the healthcare sector in Morocco and owns several clinics.

“ELSAN Maroc SASU” is a single-member simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 27,380,300 dirhams, headquartered at 374, Immeuble Atrium, lotissement Manazyl Al Maymoune, 5th floor, boulevard d Abdelmoumen, Casablanca, Morocco, registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number 366297. It is the parent company of two direct subsidiaries that manage two multidisciplinary healthcare facilities.
