Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, January 02, 2024

In accordance with Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, January 02, 2024 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the case submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the establishment of a joint venture « Neptun Smulders Offshore Renewables BV » by « Smulders Group NV » and « Meyer Neptun Sàrl ».
