Meeting of the Permanent Commission

The Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held its meeting, via videoconference, on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 11:00, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss Guerraoui, President of the Competition Council.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on February 05, 2021.

Furthermore, the Permanent Commission, noting the absence of impacts on competition in the relevant national market, decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the acquisition by Volkswagen AG through Volkswagen Car.SW Org Wolfsburg AG of the assets related to the camera software activity of Hella Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH.
