Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, May 4, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on April 27, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

• Acquisition of assets held by the companies “REIFF Holding GmbH & Co. KG”, “REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH” and “Kremer GmbH” and the exclusive control of the companies “ROLLER-TECH S.à.r.l.”, “ROLLER BELGIUM S.r.l.”, “Evergreen S.A.” and “REIFF Technical Products Shanghai Co. Ltd.” by the company “LSF12 Exmoor Investments S.à.r.l.” and some of its subsidiaries.
