NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
“The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project operation concerning the joint takeover by the company “B. Invest Holding SARL” of the company “Maghreb Association Sportive Fès Football MAS SA” alongside the association “Maghreb Association Sportive de Fès Football”.
“B. Invest Holding SARL” is a limited liability company, under Moroccan law, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 617235, with its headquarters at 4 Rue Al Imam Mouslim Oasis, Casablanca. It operates as a holding company. It is a subsidiary of the Bouzoubaa group, operating in the investment field.
The “Maghreb Association Sportive de Fès Football” is a sports association governed by the provisions of Law No. 30-09 on physical education and sports, with its headquarters at Stade Saâdia, BP 2143, Fès, operating in football management.
“Maghreb Association Sportive Fès Football MAS SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, registered with the Fès Trade Register under number 63173, with its headquarters at 11, Khazina Ryad Saâda, Chaïf Street, Apartment 3, 30000 Fès, Morocco. It is a sports company within the meaning of Article 15 of Law No. 30-09 on physical education and sports, as amended and supplemented, operating in football management on behalf of the sports association known as Maghreb Association Sportive de Fès Football (MAS).
