The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive control takeover and acquisition of assets and subsidiaries of the ‘REIFF’ group by the company ‘LSF12 Exmoor Investments S.à.r.l.’ and its subsidiaries ‘ERIKS Deutschland GmbH’, ‘ERIKS Immobilien & Service GmbH’, ‘ERIKS N.V’ and ‘Kremer Technology GmbH’.
‘LSF12 Exmoor Investments S.à.r.l.’ is a limited liability company under Luxembourg law, with its registered office at 33, Rue du Puits Romain, 8070 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B260075. It is active in holding interests in other companies.
‘ERIKS Deutschland GmbH’ is a limited liability company under German law, with its registered office at 7 Kreisheide 33790 Halle, Germany and registered with the commercial register of the Gütersloh Court under number HRB 11863. It is active in industrial parts distribution and also provides associated logistics services.
‘ERIKS Immobilien & Service GmbH’ is a limited liability company under German law, with its registered office at Kreisheide 7, 33790 Halle (Westphalia) Germany, registered with the commercial register of the Gütersloh Court under number HRB 11930. It is active in real estate holding and leasing.
‘ERIKS N.V’ is a public limited company under Dutch law, with its registered office at 5 Toermalijnstraat, 1812 RM Alkmaar, the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 37013289. It is active in industrial parts distribution, also providing related logistics services.
