The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Kimberly-Clark Corporation” of the company “Kenvue Inc”, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Kimberly-Clark Corporation” is a publicly traded corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with registration number 239026, which is the ultimate controlling entity of Kimberly-Clark. “Kenvue Inc” is an American corporation incorporated (Inc.), publicly traded, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with registration number 6629984, which is the ultimate controlling entity of Kenvue. Its headquarters are located at the Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States, and its business address at 1 Kenvue Way, Summit, NJ 07901, United States. It manufactures and globally supplies consumer health products in the following categories: personal care, skin health and beauty, and essential health.
