Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Chaimaa Abou, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

• Undertaken by the company « Crouzet Topholding SAS » to acquire exclusive control of the companies “Société d’Etudes et de Réalisation de Machines Tournantes SAS”, “Soterem SAS”, “Altech SAS”, “Chabris Meca-Pero Meca SAS”, and “Warelec SAS”.
