Press Release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “La Compagnie Financiere Holding Atlas SA” of the exclusive control of the company “M Office Qca SA”

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “summary of the operation” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council received a notification of a project of an economic concentration operation involving the acquisition by the company “La Compagnie Financiere Holding Atlas SA” of the exclusive control of the company “M Office Qca SA”.

“La Compagnie Financiere Holding Atlas SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company with a capital of 60,000,000 dirhams, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 181,559, with its head office located at 88, rue El Marrakchi – Quartier Hippodrome – Casablanca, whose purpose is to manage a diversified financial group.

“M Office Qca SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company with a capital of 25,300,000 dirhams, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 551,081, with its head office located at Lot 58, Tour CFC, 6th floor, Core 1 – Quartier Casa Anfa, Casablanca, whose purpose is the acquisition of movable and immovable property as well as their equipment and development for rental purposes.
