The Competition Council received notification of the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company « Trimco Group (UK) Limited » of the exclusive control of the company « Nilörngruppen AB ».
« Trimco Group (UK) Limited » is a limited liability company, registered under number 1878801, with its registered office at 1 Tamdown Way, Tamdown Way, Braintree, Essex, England, CM7 2QL. Trimco Group (UK) Limited was incorporated under the laws of England and Wales on January 18, 1985, and registered with the United Kingdom Companies House. It operates in the integrated labeling, marking, and clothing accessories sector for fashion brands, sports brands, and clothing manufacturers, ultimately owned by « Brookfield », a global investment group active in asset management, infrastructure, renewable energies, energy transition, private equity, and real estate.
« Nilörngruppen AB » is a public limited company incorporated under Swedish law, registered under number 556322-3782, with its registered office at Wieslanders väg 3, 504 31 Borås, Sweden. The Nilörn Group, consisting of the company « Nilörngruppen AB » and its subsidiaries, specializes in labeling, marking, and identification solutions mainly for fashion and clothing professionals, including personalized labels, information labels, and RFID solutions.
