Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, September 7, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, September 3, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive control acquisition by the company “Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited”, through the company “Sun Pharma America Inc.”, of the company “Organon & Co.”, by acquiring all of its capital and related voting rights;
• Indirect exclusive control acquisition by the company “Airbus SAS”, through its subsidiary “Airbus Atlantic SAS”, of the companies “Mecanizaciones Aeronáuticas SA”, “Tratamientos y Procesos Finales Aeronáuticos SLU”, “Himec Aero SL”, “NMT Aerospace Machining SL”, “Gepro Systems SL” and “Orisol Montajes Avanzados SL”.
