NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE TRANSACTION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of a proposed economic concentration consisting of the acquisition of exclusive control by « Atlas Copco Sickla Holding Aktiebolag » of « TECMACO Services SARL ». This transaction consists of the acquisition of 100 % of the share capital and voting rights of the target company.
« Atlas Copco Sickla Holding Aktiebolag » is a limited liability company governed by Swedish law with variable share capital, with a minimum amount of 100 000 Swedish kronor and a maximum amount of 400 000 Swedish kronor, whose registered office is located at SE-105 23 Stockholm, Atlas Copco AB, Sweden, registered with the Swedish Companies Register under number 556309-5255. « Atlas Copco Sickla Holding Aktiebolag » is a global manufacturer of compressed air and vacuum solutions, energy solutions, pumping and dewatering systems, industrial power tools, as well as assembly and industrial vision solutions.
« TECMACO Services SARL » is a limited liability company governed by Moroccan law with share capital of 2 000 000,00 dirhams, whose registered office is located at 30, Allée des Muriers, Aïn Sebaâ, Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 127483. « TECMACO Services SARL » operates in the Moroccan markets for the supply of on-site compressed air and oxygen production solutions for industrial and medical use, in the private and public sectors.
