The Competition Council is pleased to announce the launch through its website of Mounafassa.com, a database of international jurisprudence. This database brings together nearly 400 decisions of foreign competition authorities and final court judgments. This database is intended, in addition to the Competition Council's rapporteurs, for judges handling competition cases as well as legal firms.
