Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the merger by absorption of the company ‘BMCE Capital Real Estate SA’ by the company ‘Maydane REIM SA’

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project operation involving the merger by absorption of the company ‘BMCE Capital Real Estate SA’ by the company ‘Maydane REIM SA’.

‘Maydane REIM SA’ is a Moroccan joint stock company, approved by the AMMC on 12/25/2020 under reference AG/SDG/05/2020, with its registered office at Casa Business Towers, Avenue Main Street, 16th floor, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 435437.

‘BMCE Capital Real Estate SA’ is a Moroccan joint stock company, approved by the AMMC on 11/27/2019 under reference AG/SDG/02/2019, with its registered office at CFC Tower 11th floor, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 387091.

Both companies are active in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) management.
