Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:

– the exclusive takeover by the company “Valoris Equity Fund” of the company “JTTL S.A.”.
