Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Held on Monday, April 20, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Monday, April 13, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to declare the economic concentration operation concerning the joint acquisition of control of the company « Nexera Holdings SP. Z O.O. » by the companies « Orange SA » and « APG Asset Management NV » acting on behalf of « Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP » as non-notifiable.
