NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Dolitrium SARL” of material and immaterial assets related to the manufacturing of mattresses, foams, sofas, and metal bed bases, held by the company “Industrie Marocaine de la Mousse et du Matelas SAS”.

“Dolitrium SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company, a subsidiary of the Dolidol group, whose purpose is to participate in and control companies and to invest in and manage securities.

“Industrie Marocaine de la Mousse et du Matelas SAS” is a Moroccan simplified joint-stock company, active in the manufacturing of mattresses, foams, sofas, and metal bed bases, operating in the markets of flexible polyurethane foam production for industrial use and bedding product production and marketing.
