In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

This company is an ad hoc entity, specifically created for the needs of the operation, indirectly owned and jointly controlled by (i) funds managed and/or advised by subsidiaries of “Blackstone Inc.” and (ii) “Tinicum Incorporated”.

“Blackstone Inc” is a global alternative asset manager operating through offices in Europe and Asia. The company “Blackstone Inc” is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), headquartered at 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10154, United States, and registered under number 4315990.

“Tinicum Incorporated” is a private investment company incorporated under the laws of Delaware (United States) with registration number 5040692 and headquartered at 800 Third Avenue – 40^th floor, New York, 10022, United States. The company “Tinicum Incorporated” was founded in 1974 by Derald H. Ruttenberg. Its activity focuses on investing in private and publicly traded companies in various sectors, including technical products, distribution and industrial services, industrial software and technology, as well as specialized infrastructures.

“Senior plc” is a public limited company incorporated in England and Wales, headquartered at 59/61 High Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 1RH, United Kingdom, with registration number 00282772. “Senior plc” designs and manufactures high-technology components and systems for leading equipment manufacturers in the global aerospace and defense markets, land vehicles, energy, and industry.

“AeroFlow Technologies, LLC” is a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware (United States) with registration number 10140266, headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, United States. This company is currently controlled by Tinicum Incorporated. “AeroFlow Technologies, LLC” produces aerospace tubes and ducts, as well as tube assemblies and clamps for the aerospace, defense, and space industries.
