Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan Abouabdelmajid, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « Eurazeo S.E. » of the company « Richemon Group International II S.A.S. », holding company of the group «Netco »;
• Acquisition by the company « Fontana Finanziaria S.p.A. » of the exclusive control of the company « Kamax Gmbh & Co. KG » and its subsidiaries;
• Acquisition by the company « Primary Wave KB Holding LP » of the exclusive control of the company « Kobalt Music Group Topco, LP »;
• Exclusive control acquisition of the company « Newco Asso Maritime S.A. » by the company « SAS Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl »;
• Acquisition, by MC IV Diagnostics, and the Mediterrania Capital IV Morocco FPCC-RFA funds, Compartment 1 and Mediterrania Capital IV Morocco FPCC-RFA, Compartment 2, of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the Moroccan Company of Manufactures in Mohammedia;
• Exclusive control acquisition of the company « Trigo Holding SAS » by the company « Montyon Management GP SARL ».
