Signing of a cooperation agreement in January 2020 with Bank Al-Maghrib

As part of national cooperation and in accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 20-13 which regulates the relations between the Competition Council and sectoral regulators, the Competition Council signed a cooperation agreement in January 2020 with Bank Al-Maghrib. It mainly focuses on the exchange of information and documents necessary for the exercise of the missions of both parties, as well as the organization of awareness-raising actions and exchange of expertise.
