On July 24, 2025, the Competition Council approved the settlement agreement reached with the company ‘GlovoApp Morocco SARL’, in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition, as amended and supplemented. At the end of this session, and after deliberation, the Council unanimously decided to approve the said agreement, thereby ending the contentious procedure initiated against the company ‘GlovoApp Morocco SARL’.
